5 Easy Steps for No-Bake Mocha Balls

 on Wednesday, September 30, 2015

Today is a stressful day. It's Saturday here in the Philippines, yet I did go to work and do overtime to meet our deadline. While sipping my dark chocolate coffee crumble tea in front of my workstation, an idea came across my exhausted mind. I will make a DIY No-Bake Mocha Balls coated with crushed Oreo plus peanuts and topped with dark chocolates! Utilizing the remaining Crushed Grahams from my last recipe.

Ingredients for No-Bake Mocha Balls

200 grams of Crushed Grahams
3/4 cup of Condensed Milk
1 sachet of Milo ( or any Chocolate powder Drink)
1 tsp. of Instant Coffee
Finely chopped Toasted Nuts (for coatings)
Crushed Oreo (for coatings)
Sliced Dark Chocolate (for toppings)

Procedure:

1. Dissolve the instant coffee and Chocolate Powder Drink in warm water, just enough to mix it well. Add the Condensed Milk. This will make our DIY dessert have a mocha flavor.
